Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of a lot of my products I do not accept returns. If your order has been damaged in the post and you can send evidence of this I will provide a full refund or send out a replacement. If your order has become lost in the post I will send a full refund or a send a replacement. Please bear in mind that Royal Mail states that a parcel is not officially lost until it has been up to 14 working days (in the UK) and up to 25 days (overseas) since posting.
What is your delivery policy?
I aim to post orders within a week of receiving them. I send items via Royal Mail 2nd or 1st class, as selected by you. If you require an order sooner please message me and I will do my best to post it sooner.
With ready to post items such as prints and greeting cards you should receive your order within 7 working days of placing the order. If you're ordering jewellery, it may be with you in a few days if I have it made and in stock, in other instances I need to assemble the pieces before sending them to you.
When ordering pre-order jewellery, your order will be delivered to you approximately 8 weeks after your order date, if you live in the UK. If you're ordering from overseas it may take longer, however I am sending overseas parcels via Royal Mail International Tracked, meaning they should arrive 10 working days after posting.
My jewellery arrived damaged, this sucks!
That DOES suck, I'm sorry! If your jewellery arrives damaged (if Blake Beanz has lost a whisker, for instance) I offer a free repair service. Simply contact me at email@example.com with a photo of the damage and I will issue a pre paid postage label for you to print out so you can resend the item to me. I will repair it as quickly as I can and send it back all fixed and shiny at no extra cost.
